The company’s mission was to develop a metal coating which would set a new standard of beauty and durability in the world of aesthetic design and utility. Time, effort, and research went into the formation of what is now a viable manufacturing company distinguished by both quality products and quality service to customers. The integrity of PlateAll metal coating is built upon using sound materials which have been time-tested in the marketplace for strength, durability, and longevity. Plate All provides ongoing technical support to all our customers/applicators with company trained national representatives. Plate All will continue its research and will present any findings to assist you, our customer. Whatever your imagination allows

PlateAll’s cold spray process offers the ability to achieve a seamless metal finish with the appearance of solid cast metal. PlateAll can be sprayed, cured, and polished within hours from start to beautiful finish! PlateAll can be brushed on, rolled on, or poured into a mold. Challenge your creativity using PlateAll’s many shades and textures of metal.

Where can PlateAll be applied

Wood, concrete, metal, ceramic, glass, cardboard, tile, fiberglass, bone, plastic and much, much more. In fact we have customer’s that have used our process on cabinets, floors, fences, windows, gates, tiles, roofing, skulls, statues, and helipads just to name a few of the projects. So far the only two substrates Plate All does not work on are silicone and ice.

Integrity

Our product is real metal and it will do everything real metal does except conduct electricity or rust all the way through. In fact, as long as the substrate is prepped properly, it will take over 1500 psi to remove our product once it has cured. Also, our testing includes being able to withstand salt water and fire, so that you can use our product in many different environments

    Will PlateAll patina?
    Yes, PlateAll will patina naturally, or artificially.
    Will PlateAll rust?
    Yes, it will rust just like patina, but not all the way through.
    Will PlateAll conduct electricity?
    No, PlateAll does not conduct electricity.
    Will PlateAll strengthen my substrate?
    No, PlateAll is only as strong as the substrate it is applied to.
    What substrates can I apply it to?
    Any substrate except silicon and ice.
